Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
solairept operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or Voter's ID.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your solairept account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
solairept will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your solairept account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with this clause.
solairept accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at solairept's discretion. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on solairept is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. solairept does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which solairept accepts no responsibility.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your solairept wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
By making a deposit on solairept, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. solairept reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
solairept aims to process withdrawal requests within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving financial institution. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

solairept may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. solairept reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by solairept are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your solairept account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
solairept reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your solairept account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All games available on the solairept Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and independent of previous results. Return-to-Player ("RTP") rates for each game are available in the game information section.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, solairept's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. solairept's decision in such matters is final. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, solairept reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
Players are expected to engage with all games on the solairept Platform in good faith. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, solairept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
solairept's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your solairept account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
solairept does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to notify players of scheduled maintenance periods in advance.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude solairept's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
solairept reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if solairept reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, solairept may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation.
You may close your solairept account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the solairept Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
solairept reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, solairept will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the solairept Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and solairept, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. solairept will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent solairept from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
